The Lady Colonels soccer team took care of business against Union County, securing a 10-0 victory in the second half with 24 minutes remaining. Leading scorer Ashton Lynam had an impressive performance, netting six goals to lead the Lady Colonels. Another key player, Hannah Austin, initiated the scoring with the first goal of the game, stating, "It's really significant to score first."

After a challenging start to the season for the Lady Colonels' soccer team, this win should help shift the tide in their favor as they aim to return to their usual winning form. Coach Dempsey and the Lady Colonels will face University Heights at home on September 14th, hoping to maintain the same energy from the Union game to secure another victory.
