Become a Colonel Media sponsor!
The Henderson County High School journalism class is seeking sponsors to help fund upcoming expenses for competitions we are attending. Beyond that, we are seeking to store up funding for future events and services we hope to offer our school and local community. For instance, this year we are venturing into sports journalism with reports and media for HCHS home games.
In brief, we are offering four tiers of sponsorship with corresponding levels of advertising.
$25 sponsorship - business name listed with other sponsors in this tier and business info is read aloud by our news anchors (similar to a radio ad). Ad is spoken in three episodes of Colonel Cast News.
$50 sponsorship - We create a slide with your business name and info that is displayed during our episode. Ad is shown in two episodes of Colonel Cast News.
$100 sponsorship - We show a 15-second ad your business has already made or have you come and record you talking about your business for 30 seconds. Ad is shown in three episodes of Colonel Cast News.
$200 sponsorship - We show or create a 30-second ad or we show or create the 30-second ad and show it twice as often as the $100 ad. Ad is shown in two or four episodes of Colonel Cast News, depending on ad length.
Negotiable? Yes. This list is examples. Contact Nate Fish and we will figure out what best fits your needs and budget. Also, all sponsor levels can be mixed and matched for a one-time package fee.
One question that you are most likely asking is who would see the advertisements. Our episodes air almost every Friday to our school audience of approximately two thousand students. Beyond that, we also publish our newscast on YouTube where it reaches a wider audience in the community, especially once that video is shared on our school Facebook page.
Thank you for your time and consideration in sponsoring our group. If you have any questions for our teacher, Mr. Nate Fish, you can reach him at nate.fish@henderson.kyschools.us or 270-860-9972 (call or text). Checks are payable to Henderson County High School with “Journalism” in the memo line. Thanks again. Go Colonels! Charge On!
