Lady Colonels Defeat the Lady Tigers

Ashton Lynam scored a hat trick in the Lady Colonels’ 5-0 win against the Caldwell County Lady Tigers. “I feel pretty good. I’m glad our team was able to get our first shutout win of the year and hopefully we can build on that for tomorrow’s game and going forward in the season,” Lynam commented. Senior Brooke Taylor and freshman Tatum Ousley each scored one goal. Ashton Lynam, Brooke Taylor, Maleah Dixon, and Baylee Womack each had an assist. This improves the Lady Colonels’ record to 3-3 and drops the Lady Tigers’ record to 3-4. Their next game is August 30th at 7 p.m. at home against Daviess County.
