Love Shows Promise in First Preseason Game with Packers

Story by Aiden Fleck

The Packers played their first preseason game of the 2023-24 season, and had a dominating win over the Bengals 36-19. This was the first debut for Packers new quarterback Jordan Love. While he only was in the game for two drives, who showed a lot of promise. He went 7/10, 46 passing yards, 1 touchdown pass, 0 interceptions, and a 112.9 passer rating. His touchdown went to 2nd year WR Romeo Doubs who is looking to have a breakout season in a young offense. Many people agree that Love had a promising start, and has been doing well in practice. The Packers play the Patriots this Saturday at Lambeau Field where we will hopefully see more promise from Jordan Love.
