Henderson’s Battle with Reitz Ends in Loss

Henderson country colonels lead the Memorial Tigers 14-11 in the first quarter. Cooper Davenport leads with five points. Elijah Suggs with the dunk to end the 8-0 run the Tigers had a moment ago. Satterfield with the hard two to end the 2nd. The Henderson County Colonels leads the Memorial Tigers 24-20. Cooper Davenport with the three to begin the 3rd quarter, following up, Alec Saterfeild with the hard two and get fouled. They got a handful of 3s and some free throws to go as well. The Henderson County Colonels are up 44-32 at the end of the 3rd quarter. Davenport opened the 4th with a three-pointer. The Tigers had a 7-0 run to make the game 51-48 Henderson. Max Thompson with a monumental two to take a two-point lead. After Memorial responded, Davenport had another big two for Henderson to take a two-point lead 55-53. In the end, though, the Henderson County Colonels fell short to the Memorial Tigers 58-61. They are now 13-3 on the season and their next home game will be Thursday the 18th against Graves County.
